We have received great feedback from our 'Making of" documentary as well as a really warm reception for our 5 minute theatre piece - so much so that we are looking to see if we can do another quick documentary in the time that we have. It would be great to show some of the other exciting techniques we've been using in this performance.
We had our first go at the full script yesterday. Well some of us did. Others (Joe Hawkins to be precise) were too busy being stuck in lifts to get to rehearsal.. but that's another story. So anywaaays, after a couple of hours we were ALL in rehearsal and some really interesting, and hopefully funny, things came up.
We had Francois explore a 'dancing in your own vomit' movement piece, God is now most certainly a tramp and we had lots of fun with the songs. All in all I reckon it's in good shape - we only have another 4 rehearsals... so here's hoping it keeps moving along.
